Thank you for taking the time to look further into THE PRESENCE.
If you are thinking of registering your group, you have found the right webpage. You can download or print the Group Leader Packet for additional information regarding logistics of registration, chaperones and the weekend of The Presence. The packet includes forms regarding group information, cabin assignments and group chaperone information as well as guidelines for the group leader regarding the event. The Group Leader does not have to attend the event, they are the contact person for the group if someone needs to be contacted about the weekend.

Welcome Chaperones
Thank you for sharing your time, talent and energy for our youth!
To be a chaperone please make sure that you have been Virtus trained and your background checks are current. Your parish Safe Environment Coordinator should have all the updated information for these items. To register as a chaperone, the forms in the packet below need to be completed and turned into the Group Leader by February 5th so that they can be submitted in a timely manner to The Presence for registration.

Welcome students!
New and returning participants welcome!
Please find the student forms below. They include a packing list, rules for the weekend and miscellaneus information as well as the forms to be filled out. These are to be completed by the parents and returned to the Group Leader by February 5, 2024 so they can be submitted to The Presence Committee prior to the weekend event.
