After a series of consultations with the priests, deacons, lay leadership and consultative groups, Bishop Bradley announced plans to move forward with a Diocesan Pastoral Plan to begin implementation this Spring. The plan calls for the creation of 28 parish “collaboratives” or groupings of two to four parishes. One pastor will be assigned to lead each collaborative and other priests will be assigned as Parochial Vicars, chaplains or to special ministries.
