The mission of the Human Resource department, for the Catholic Diocese of Kalamazoo, is to set and maintain policy and procedure for employment of all diocesan personnel, ensuring fair practices in all aspects of employment.
Among our responsibilities are: resources for the search of qualified applicants for employment openings, as well as maintaining employee tax, retirement, and insurance records along with a comprehensive employment record file for each employee.
Also, to act as mediator for employee concerns (support staff and management), and above all, helping to create an atmosphere of social justice and service to one another as we each strive to fulfill our ministries to the people of our Diocese.
